How do dungeon summoning stones work? Where can i find out if the stone will work for my level?

This is for World of Warcraft. I don’t get dungeon summoning stones. Where are they located? How do they work? Where can I get a list of which stones will work for my level? Where can I get a list of dungeons, for that matter?

   They’re usually found outside of dungeons.You can summon another player from anywhere. I’m not sure how it works with the leveling. But I think that in order to summon one you must be the level required for the dungeon and so does the person that you summon.
